No problem at all. Our experienced aestheticians will begin with a brief skin consultation and tailor the facial to your skin’s current needs. This may mean that you do not receive the facial you booked, but one rather more suited to your skin type. Also, you can contact our Spa Experience Coordinators to discuss your skin concerns.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling for spa, massage and hair salon services. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

At Magnolia House all guests receiving services have not only the right, but also the responsibility to communicate openly with their service provider about their service. Any special expectations, personal preferences and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should first be addressed directly with the service provider during the treatment.

If there are certain things you wish your therapist NOT to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen, or scalp/hair, please communicate your desires.

In addition, you have the obligation to let your service provider know about any health-related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during your treatment. This would include, but is not limited to, pregnancy, recent surgeries, diabetes, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, shellfish or iodine allergies, and any other allergies.

Honour the spa environment with silence; it is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Remember that your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Arrive early. Do not cheat yourself out of your relaxation time.

Please leave your cell phone in your car, but if you do require it, please set it to silent or vibrate.

Please keep the volume low when socializing with friends and loved ones, especially in the halls and the relaxation retreat.

We recommend a robe and slippers/sandals for facials, body treatment or massage.

For the comfort of all our guests, our spa is reserved for guests aged 12 and older.
